Did great all week, splurged at a chowder festival and had a bit too much wine. Just like that, gained weight. Wow my body hates me. Well, probably also didn't help that I didn't work out three days a week like I should

All well, hopefully I'll be able to get back on track this week before vacation!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
