4 lbs lost in the first 3 days! Yipee. Last night the carb (chip, ice cream) cravings came out but I fought through it. There was no other substitute that was going to replace this so I stayed away from the fridge altogether. Thank you God for giving me the strength as I know I did not do that on my own.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
