Yesterday I saw an FB post that Vicks Vapor Rub can be used for sore muscles. My usual cardio routine is to burn 500 calories on my recumbent bike, take a break, and burn 500 more. Doing that day after day makes my legs pretty sore.

Last night after showering I rubbed Vicks all over my thighs they way I would do my chest if I had a cold. My legs felt pretty good this morning so I'm going to continue doing this and see what happens.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
