Finally. In the 150's. Barely, but I'll take it. Feeling bloated as hell, too, so will probably weigh myself again in two or three days. Maybe...too much to hope for?...maybe I'll be closer to 158. I really feel like I "deserve" every single ounce I lose, too. Never has it been this insanely difficult to lose a few pounds! I hate middle age : )
Also, body fat was 36.7% and water 44.4%. And I should check those later in the day as my bf might actually be slightly lower. Hit one goal - wore a pair of "inspiration jeans" on my trip to Sedona a week ago or so. Ultimate goals are weighing in the mid 120s and wearing shorts without absolute embarrassment. Maybe my next goal should be weighing in the 140's, and then a bf % in the 20's.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on being in the 150's! I still have 30 pounds to go to get under 200. You must have a weight watcher scale like mine...Great job hitting that goal of those inspiration jeans!

Thanks! Don't let the number daunt you, though. You are doing an incredible job! I think I like the idea of mini goals. Nice, positive feedback on a regular basis : ) My scale is a Tanita, but I'm sure it's the same principle - weight, body fat and percentage of water? I like it in that if you do manage to drop a tiny bit, you've got immediate gratification. Say, .2 lbs. That wouldn't show on a regular scale, and if you're between lines on the scale, you have to guess. If you can see that well! : ) Have a great day!
