Had a bad week, ravenously hungry. I think it is the stopping smoking still. Going to stop all snacks, healthy or otherwise for a week to get back into it and just drink more water between meals.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
