Better mood today! Talk went very well and I stuck to my guns! Won't be emotional eating today, no I will not! :-)
214.8 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you!! That is a weakness of mine, when I'm emotional I go straight for the chocolate. Way to stick with it and not give in!
