Not as much as I hoped for. I think dinner last night screwed me but I think I should lose it pretty fast since it was just one meal.
410.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 230.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get discouraged (even though I always do). Last week I had a loss of 1 only one pound and was not real happy. The next day, I found out I had lost over five inches on my pants size. Keep on and the next weigh in, you will get another bigger drop and the clothes will start getting tooo big real soon. Have a good week.
