Well... I have eaten perfect for two weeks and I failed at dinner today. Failed hard.
I guess one slip up every 14 days probably won't ruin me.
I have wanted to try the Golden Corral seafood tour since the damn commercials have been on and today I had my chance. I can honestly say I was very displeased, but it was an experience none the less.
Now that that is over its back to your regularly scheduled meals. No more slip ups!!! At least not for another 10 pounds!!!!
