So this past weekend was the May party, so I had lots of pasta. I also had an blizzard on Monday (work really sucked) So considering I ate off diet most of the weekend I am not surprised that I gained a bit, but at least it was not a full pound or more.

I am officially off maintenance now and on to lifestyles. I am not really happy with the lay out (NO DAIRY) but we will see. I am going to try almond milk so I can still have my Special K & Raisin Brand Crunch.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
