Ok a new week.. a new start!
3 weeks until the mother’s day classic – 4km fun run for breast cancer.. Time to start training. I have been slack over the last 6 months – infact I don’t think I have run in 6 months! So should be interesting. I cannot wait to get to the gym this afternoon :)really looking forward to getting back into it.
I found a weight watchers meal plan online and thought I might try following it this week. Last night I went and brought everything I needed and made my lunch for today. This morning I had 2 crumpets with honey for breakfast – 4 points. I'm not sure how many points I should be having per day to lose the weight I want but I buy the magazine and the food always looks quite yummy so thought it couldn't hurt to follow it?
Feeling good so far, we will see how the day pans out.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
