was unable to keep food or liquids down yesterday. had gone back up to 178 on Friday. lost 6 pounds in 1 day! body had stopped processing food.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
