Back on track with a loss of over 2 lbs. It will be good to break the 200 barier soon.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2333 kcal Fat: 95.55g | Prot: 112.68g | Carb: 261.17g.   Breakfast: Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Instant Grits Butter, turkey sausage, fried egg. Lunch: french fries, turkey burger. Dinner: tossed salad, strawberry jelly, buttered wheat toast, 3 oz vanilla ice cream, 5 oz sirloin steak, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other: pretzels. more...
