I started my period and still down in weight! Woot! Once I hit 254 I'll be so happy...happier when I'm out of the 250's.

Proud of myself for continuing not to drink - 40 days of not drinking now!!! I just know my body is just adjusting and will start losing more soon :)

I look a lot better, feel a lot better and have definitely lost inches.

Going to keep tracking my carbs and do a better job of keeping my calories low as well.
255.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
