Accountability post Day 3 & 4. Today is Day 4 of my open-ended Snake Juice fast. I've been holding onto metabolic water weight however I feel GOOD today!!

Lost so far: 66.0 lb.
Still to go: 34.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
