Went out last night and didn't pay attention to diet on 1 other day earlier this week so I suffered the consequences. Got to go get em this next week. I want to break the 200 barrier.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
