I lost two more pounds! Very happy that I'm seeing some forward momentum, even though I'm struggling with getting the right percentages of protein and fats. It is difficult to gain an increase in calaories without adding so much fats. Getting to 1200 calories is challenging.
Constantly calculating and posting is taking far too much time. I may just have to back away form this if it continues to interfere with my day.
Great progress since removing Atlins products form the menu.
It is diffcult staying off the scale, but for me it helps not to weigh daily.
I am still very tired and lack energy. I hope this improves.
