I love ketosis.

I actually weighed 71.6kg after a further nap, but suspect that is due to dehydration and to donating blood yesterday. Keto sticks are good and dark however :)
159.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
