Accountability post Day 21. Today is Day 4 of my open-ended soft dry fast.
Good bye DD's, I'm now a comfortable 36 D!!
My Fasting Routine needs a little tweeking. I'm going to be a little more aggressive & focused for the rest of December because it seems like my body is adjusting so I need to give my brain a surprise shock somehow.
I really see & feel the 35lb/16kg of horrible extra fat I'm still holding onto so it REALLY NEEDS TO BE GONE.
