Weekends are awful, and I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be eating more calories. When I calculate how many I'm supposed to be eating it's around 2100 which is insane. I ate about that every day before and gained. I have a desk job, so I'm only really moving when I'm working out and cooking when I get home. I am still losing weight, but with the same amount of exercise it's less and less. Makes me think my metabolism is shutting down. So I borrowed my friend's insanity workout set and he says that your metabolism will slow if you're not eating 5 meals a day around the same number of calories. I haven't been doing that at all. So now I don't know whether to do that, or just up my choleric intake, or both
