to see the scales finally decreasing in numbers it amazing. following the diet 100% for the past 2 days except ate vanilla lowfat yogurt by accident - thought i was allowed.thanks to katiesue for the encouragement
137.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
