I didn't lose on my 2nd phase of HCG. I work out 5 days a week & dropped another size. HCG is remarkable! I look good & feel good. I still want to lose more but overall I HAVE LOST 40 LBS. It wasn't all HCG just sticking to my exercise. 1 hour cardio 5 days a week. I use kettlebells now. I love to use those & I highly recommend. Its fun & sculpts the body beautifully. HAPPY HEATH TO ALL! No matter your method of losing weight that works for you.....Please keep it up because it is so worth it!
