I didn't lose on my 2nd phase of HCG. I work out 5 days a week & dropped another size. HCG is remarkable! I look good & feel good. I still want to lose more but overall I HAVE LOST 40 LBS. It wasn't all HCG just sticking to my exercise. 1 hour cardio 5 days a week. I use kettlebells now. I love to use those & I highly recommend. Its fun & sculpts the body beautifully.
HAPPY HEATH TO ALL! No matter your method of losing weight that works for you.....Please keep it up because it is so worth it!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
