1439 kcal Fat: 49.93g | Prot: 33.47g | Carb: 141.23g.   Breakfast: cheerios cinnamon burst, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: oikos greek yogurt vanilla, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: healthy choice turkey slices, avocado, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, bread roll. Snacks/Other: laughing cow cheese wedge, Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), sugar cookie, merlot wine, almonds. more...
