Well Well Well, 223.4 welcome to my situation!

Had a nice evening last night, helped wifey fight off her bad influences. We have some nice brit lady friends who like to invite her out to "party". Hell, I would love to go party with them, they are hotties, but sadly, this journey supersedes that for me today. Plus I have had a few recent weekends like that, and I need a nice break. With the 30lb summertime challenge I am considering a 30 day period with no booze. I have done a few challenges like that, and it helps toss your metabolism around to where it needs to be.

Plus, cheat days are one thing, I can come on and off my lifestyle easily. When you add in a "wicked hangover", all bets are off for a couple days. Plus less chores get done at the house, and I am not as wonderful to be around, lol. Additionally, I will be noticeably absent from fatsecret.

Got up at the arse crack of dawn, 0620. Not really though, the sun rises at like 4AM here in summer, its wierd. Anyway, rode my bike for over an hour! It was epic. I did not want to get up and do it, and I felt like I have no energy to do it, but it went OK once I got over the hump.

Today is cheat day, taking it "easier" than previously. Had a nice 3 egg breakfast with toasty. We are "celebrating" US Mothers Day today. Sunday son has school, and its not a cheat day! lol

Baking a carrot cake, in which I will substitute some apple sauce for oil. Still going to be wicked calories, and I will overindulge in that.

Kids want meat and taters for dinner, so I will grill some Steaks, and make Baked Potatoes.

I have to be mindful when making things like this today, there aren't leftovers tomorrow! I have some healthy plans for tomorrow and the remainder of my weekend.

Anyway, shower, then LuLu Hypermarket with the Wifey. Have to get my daughter a new phone too, she like Blackberry's.

223.4...AWESOME!! But you're getting too close...time for a weigh in again, I guess...hehehe...good restraint on the "...I need to take a brake..." no party for you, I have to take that stance for a while...too many weekends with alcohol involved lately...and getting out on the bike for an hour, my butt was killing me after about 40mins with my daughter last weekend...I need to change the saddle, then maybe. Thanks madjak! If that ain't motivation for you, I dont know what is! I had the same issue initially on the bike, my butt hurt. You get used to it real quick, I guess you build up callouses.
