Well, at least this week there was a drop....better than last week when there was nothing. I have set a goal and want to be at 170 by March 31. A buddy and I have issued each other a challenge. Here is to drinking my water and getting some exercise. Wish us good luck!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
