The ONLY thing I have done to lose the weight that I have lost is to not eat sugar, white flour products, or white rice. And no evening snacks of meats and cheeses either. I go to the movies almost every weekend and have about a handful of popcorn and that is my only evening snack.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
