yay! dropped the water & down 2lbs!!!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

I am puzzled also, see other members (mostly men) worrying about water weight. Maybe they believe those body composition scales? I find my muscles retain fluid after a workout, but I don't try to lose that. I figure, weight varies +/- 2 lb at least, so if some of that is water, so what?

it is good for you, drink high quality natural spring water only, your body will thank you (you won't be losing all your electrolytes down the toilet like with regular tap water)
