Haven't been following too well...also not exercising. I decided today that I need to get on the ball. Golf is coming up. Diabetes is not well controlled....want to keep all my toes!!!! Don't want a stroke or heart attack....so, what do I want? Good health and good quality of life, to look good, to feel good.

This is quite a stressful time of year for me. My son's birthday is coming up and he passed away five years ago. His anniversary of his death is also approaching.

Instead of stress eating, I am going to choose stress activity!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
