So assessing this week> I am 3 days late for my ToM I really didn't diet as I had a super crazy schedule this week
I still wrote down what I ate so I didn't go to overboard calories wise, however, my carbs were pretty noticeable. I'm not blaming my ToM or my bloating on the weight gain, just my lack of making smart choices.
Tomorrow is a new day and start of a new week and I plan to make the most of it.
