At least I'm staying steady........but not what I want. I am thinking of lowering my carbs again and go back to high protein for a week. See if that helps push me over this plateau.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since you've been doing low carb lowering the carbs again might help get off your plateau. If you don't want to have more proteins try increasing the fiber content of the carbs you do eat. You've done great so far! Don't give up!
