Wow, had a great party for indulgence day! And I gained 5 lbs! Woohoo!

We cooked crabs, shrimp, sausages, potatoes, and corn on the cob. In South Georgia it is called Frogmore Stew, and in South Carolina is is a seafood boil. We had a few friends over and it was fun. We often get invited to functions and rarely return the favor, so we did finally and it was nice. We are not the most social creatures around, and many of our colleagues and friends have kids in different phases of life than ours.

The night prior wife and I had a few adult beverages and had a good time. We went to the local pub and saw some old friends, then came home and jammed to some music. ^^ Sadly, I am reaffirmed I am not as young as I once was. I had the absolute worst hangover ever! My head felt like it would explode, and I needed a nap before our party. It all turned out good, but I still dont have my normal energy or exuberance I normally exhibit, lol. I wanted to do bike rides and long walks this weekend, I dont see that happening at this time, lol.

Anyway, I have a ton more writing to do, but for a stupid English Class.

How'd you gain 5 in two days? Must have had lots of sodium, water retention...my month has been crap, so I am refocusing on my goal (to stay ahead of you!!). I'm trying to get to 190 by the end of August, so 35lbs in 4 months...don't know if I can keep that pace, but I'm gonna try my best...Later.
