Been dropping weight really fast this week – probably a good thing since I expect to put most of it back on over the next couple weeks on vacation. Should be a quiet day at work today – just a couple things to wrap up. I started packing last night. Amazing how much less room Medium sized shirts take up in a bag compared to Extra-Extra-Large.

Had a bit of a tough time at the gym today – was only able to run 2miles at full pace before slowing to a walk for a bit before finishing off. Anyhow – I got though it.

177.6 lb Lost so far: 128.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
