Gained a little. Biggest issue was I have not been eating enough calories for the amount of exercise I have been doing. Will need to take a better effort to eat 200-300 calories more.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week
