I lost another .2lbs. It might not be a big number for most but it is for me. I'm losing the weight sooooo da** slowly. UGHH!
Lets see if I can get to 145 lbs over the weekend. :D That's called setting yourself up for a fall people!
146.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

9.2 lbs is awesome! It might be slow but remember it didn't get put on overnight either. We are almost at the same starting weight. I was 141.2 when I started Monday. My initial goal is 125 but I'd really like to see 120, well really 119 just to be in the teens. LOL!
