Darn, started adding berries too soon. But I didn't gain, so I consider that a plus. Stop the berries!!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am just curious, how much did you add in? I mean daily. Like 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup. I'd just like to know. More variety of vegetables, nuts and seeds should be added before fruit. In the Atkins book he lists foods in priority of adding back. Maybe that will help you. Good luck.
