2020 kcal Fat: 38.74g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 213.47g.   Breakfast: cranberry sauce, kroger whole grain oats, apple, light silk soymilk vanilla, walnuts, Lowfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: boneless skinless chicken breast, low fat cottage cheese, rice vinegar, Olive oil, zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, lettuce. Dinner: steamers pasta, boneless skinless chicken breast, steamer's vegetables, pork loin. Snacks/Other: chocolate cake, trail mix cranberry delight, edamame, pinot noir. more...
