just started again, since my vacation been real lazy, just need to get some motivation going but have no energy. I am trying to lose 10 pounds before my end of March vacation. I want to go swimming in my new bathing suit.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Hang in there! One of the ways I motivate myself is to take out some of those old larger sized clothes I used to wear. And I think to myself if I don't get on the ball, I'll be wearing these same big-ol clothes again! But if anything, try to be motivated that you're doing something to keep yourself healthy overall. For me, that alone gives me the spark I need. I wish you well.
