Yesterday - Fuddruckers, Krispy Kreme, and general debauchery sans booze.

Today, Bike Riding, eating right, etc etc.

This is what I just posted on my social networking page. Yesterday I woke up and had a sensible breakfast, then did some PC work, and went to fudds for lunch. Had chicken wings and 1/3 lb burger, not too bad really. Then I went to Krispy Kreme and got a dozen doughnuts. They were yummy! It was all very yummy for a cheat day.

I joked about KFC for dinner, but honestly did not want it. So I have a nice cheesy tuna melt with lots of veggies and cheese! I am sure it was not that bad for me. I need to log food from yesterday, and maybe the day before.

I have setup my linux box with some nice programs called sickbeard and sabnzbd. They are very nice and will get me off of torrents. Torrents are nice cuz they are free, but they lack privacy, and your at the mercy of the seeders. This is why I am switching back to newsgroups.

Anyway, have to go for a bike ride with the wife.

I'm heading over to a buddies to watch the hockey game...I know there will be beer, so I will have to show some restraint...I am getting up early to go for a day long motorcycle ride with another friend, so no hang over needed...your wings & Krispy Kreme might not have been the best choice but I haven't been being a saint lately either...good luck!!
