Ooh, late weight in today.

Busy day at work, and busy life. Fatsecret is not my #1 thing anymore. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I think it is good, but I know my routine is off kilter. We have about 7 people extra working in our office, and a lot going on right now.

My weight loss is not going as well as I would like, but it is still coming off. I guess I am used to bigger numbers, and bigger things happening. Almost to the point of obsession. I have not been trying very hard, sort of coasting along. I am not exercising regularly as I should be. Ahh, I wont be too tough on myself, I am sick right now. I had a goal of 220 by April 30, not sure I will make it, and not really sure I want to. I do need a bit of a refocus soon.

Today for lunch was Mongolian BBQ, base special, best food there. I ate way too much, and am feeling it now (in more ways than one). I wonder if food that make you ahem, use the potty a lot, get absorbed at 100% calories. Because if not, this lunch was probably low calorie. I dont like feeling sick, and this lunch made me feel nasty. Sadly it tasted great though.

Well, I am off work early. 3 day weekend ahead. The F1 race is in town, I am not going, but daughter is. Watch for Bahrain news this weekend, hopefully nothing bad will happen.

No more excuses...for either of us! We are both losing focus and this has to stop. I haven't put much effort in for a couple of weeks now and you are starting to do the same thing. The longer you wait, the harder it is to restart...so quit being a wuss an just get back to it...220lbs by April 30th might be a stretch at this point, but May 15th is quite doable. I want to reach 215lbs by the end of May (my original goal was a little sooner, but meh...) that puts my BMI under 30, so no longer OBESE!! That could be a decent goal for you as well since I'm only three pounds ahead of you...GITTER DONE!! Later.
