Well, starting again today, hopefully manage to stick to diet and reach my goals this time!!
300.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's great to see you are getting back into it again, it's never going to be easy that's for sure but the results can be staggering and life changing. Welcome back! It won't be easy but there's support in abundance here. Make small changes, don't set yourself unachievable goals and try new things until you find what's right for you. All the best!
