I can't do math so it wouldn't help me to know...I assume you are getting cheated out of your lost lbs?

Oh, yeah. Sometimes I forget that others see what I journal : ) It's just that 3,500 calories equals one pound. So if you had a deficit of 500 calories per day (either burn 500 more than you eat or eat 500 less than you burn), you should lose one pound per week. If you look at my calories going in and the number of calories I'm burning (using the bodybugg, so probably a bit more accurate than fat secret's calorie burning counts for various activities), the math doesn't add up. I should be losing 1.8 - 1.9 lbs per week on average, and over the last 13 weeks I've lost 14 lbs. Barely a pound a week. So it bugs me. I don't know what else I can do except get hormone levels checked and hope that explains it. I'm doing this for me, so I know I'm not "forgetting" to input calories since I'd only be cheating myself. Thanks! Nice to know people listen : )
