Yesterday I followed the diet just fine, got a cold coming on, so I feel crappy. Might just be allergies.

I had chinese chicken for lunch, and did not snack or freak out yesterday! Yay! I had half a turkey sub for dinner, and some healthy choice soup. It was just fine. I can remember when soup and sandwich would have pissed me off at dinnertime, lol. Wow am I changing.

Reminds me of a facebook post I did this past weekend. "Grilled chicken, eggplant, and brown rice.. what have I become!?". Well, you have to understand I used to laugh at people who ate healthy. Now I do it, lol, so I guess the joke was on me.

congrats to your changes! i find it always great to see the changes we are doing...i used to eat a lot in front of the tv - and i used to watch a lot of tv....i still watch tv (more or less much) but i usually don't eat in front of it. and when i do, it is my healthy dinner and no longer chips, cookies or chocolate :)

That's great....that "healthy" eating becomes a habit and the norm. I eat WAY more vegetables than I ever did before and I've actually come to enjoy them. feel better.
