I'm going to re-weigh later one a different scale... this seems kinda extreme.
345.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I changed my mind. I'll just call this one a victory and wait until next week. I use the industrial scale at work and those things never need calibration.
