Today is Saturday April 14 and I'm back & ready to be accountable for a healthier me. I haven't weighed my self this morning, but, I was 224.6 on the scale yesterday. My goal weight is still to get down to 160/170 but also to maintain this weight in a healthy manner.
As of this week, due to some major stress, I've gone from 237lbs to 224lbs. Not a very healthy way to lose weight, however, when I stress I do not get hungry as often & I forget to eat.
My weight loss plan will be to consume less fat calories & hopefully in the near future to get in some physical activities other than playing with my kiddies at the park. I like to go walking on a bike trail near my apartment, however, my almost 2 y/o has recently decided he no longer appreciates being left in his jogger for the hour that it took me to do my 4 miles, lol. Walking with a screaming kid is no fun.
Welp, I think that's it for this very early Saturday morning.
