Down again! I went to the factory outlets yesterday and bought 8 new short sleeve shirts and a pair of shorts for my vacation. I got a combination of small and medium shirts – a major difference from the extra extra large shirts I was wearing a year ago.

I upped my speed again today at the gym – running 1.5 miles @ 5.7mph, 1.5 miles @ 6mph and sprinting for the last .15 miles (for an overall average of 5.8mph at a 2.5 incline). I have a meeting with my personal trainer tomorrow morning to go over some exercises I can do in the hotel gyms while I am traveling over the next few weeks – I have always struggled a bit with free weights which tend to be the only option. After the workout I will be heading out with some friends for a walk in Seattle.
