the most wth of weight loss, wasn't trying, switched out sugar in my coffee to substitute, because I ran out of regular, started cooking at home, to save money. I guess I'll take it
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week
