Day after steak day back down and going to try to get in all 2100 calories from my Recomended Daily Intake.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2105 kcal Fat: 144.61g | Prot: 141.95g | Carb: 65.61g.   Breakfast: Diet Cranberry Grape Spray Juice, spirulina, Flaxseed Seeds, cabbage, Apples, Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk), butter, hood milk. Lunch: beef sirloin. Dinner: Broccoli, Heavy Whipping Cream, Spinach, cottage cheese, Cheesecake for One. Snacks/Other: garlic stuffed olive, Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Chocolate,  GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread, whipped cream cheese. more...
