It feels so satisfying to be able to run now!! And to see my progress on my inspiration chart and in my clothes!!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so well. It's amazing how much weight you lost in this last month. Keep up the good work. Did you do some kind of preparation to start running? I've been trying but I can't run more than 2 minutes
