Amazing! Dropped 7.1 lbs in 3 weeks with only two days of light weight lifting. Healthy intake, 2 veggie/fruit juices(from jack laLane juicer) per day, and no real processed foods.
I started treating myself with Dove Silky Dark Chocolate Promises(only 2 per day when I have them). That's a nice break from no treats. I'm gettin' it done. Even with one leg, and no cardio. This is so exciting!
Set my next one month goal at -7 lbs. We'll see if I make it early or better yet lose much more in 30 days.
