Up a lil' from yesterday, and doing indulgence today! I wont cry about it, no biggie. I had a new low this week anyways. :-P

Yesterday's lunch is probably what did it, Mongolian BBQ, with Chicken and Shrimp. I at my whole plate easily, and usually I do not. Hmm. It was tasty though with the shrimps!

For dinner I just had a few ounces of pork on a wrap, and a banana. No snacks.

Today we are going wakeboarding at Amwaj Islands with my coworkers. Big party lines up, wifes that are present are all planning foods like deviled eggs, chicken winds, banana pudding, all good stuff. I am very grateful today is my cheat day! I will enjoy it all. My friends wife is an amazing cook and entertainer, and when I go there they are always trying to make me eat. Before the journey that was ok, now, it is tough. lol. Plus, they have kids, and there are always cookies around.

Not much else planned today. I have schoolwork I should be doing, but not today.

Friends with top of the line wakeboarding boats (Super Air Nautique).
Oh, Lets not forget, being somewhere wakeboarding is possible now. LOL! (Of course the teargas offsets that a bit sometimes).
