1750 kcal Fat: 35.70g | Prot: 64.07g | Carb: 304.85g.   Breakfast: Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), 100% Whole Wheat Bread, raisin bran cereal, 1 slice of bacon, 2 fried eggs over easy. Lunch: pretzel rod. Dinner: strawberry jelly, dry wheat toast, cup of carrots, brocolli, mashed potatoes, 5 oz sliced turkey breast. more...
